Ekero Partners Empower Wealth (EPEW) is a United States nonprofit organization with a global vision to empower entrepreneurs, strengthen communities, and promote sustainable economic development through the Entrepreneur Development Ecosystem (EDE), coordinated and delivered through the Intelligent Business Operating System (IBOS).
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EPEW website, Entrepreneur Platform, Founding Supporter Platform, Coach Platform, Certified Growth Partner Platform, Administrative Platform, IBOS, and related services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Platform Disclaimer, and applicable EPEW policies.
2. About EPEW
EPEW operates the Entrepreneur Development Ecosystem (EDE), a coordinated framework combining education, coaching, business development, professional support, community participation, strategic partnerships, and intelligent coordination through IBOS.
3. Our Mission
EPEW exists to empower entrepreneurs, strengthen communities, and promote sustainable economic development by helping entrepreneurs prepare, launch, grow, and strengthen successful businesses.
4. Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering binding agreements, provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use the Platform only for lawful purposes. EPEW may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation based on program requirements and compliance.
5. User Accounts
Users may register as entrepreneurs, Founding Supporters, coaches, Certified Growth Partners, community leaders, or authorized administrators. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity under their accounts.
6. Platform Services
Platform services may include entrepreneur enrollment, coaching, business development, funding readiness, Business Welcome Pages, supporter dashboards, project updates, coach services, Certified Growth Partner services, administrative coordination, reporting, and quality assurance.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Impersonate others.
- Use another person's account without permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Upload harmful code.
- Use the Platform for fraud or unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Misrepresent EPEW programs, services, or policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The names “Ekero Partners Empower Wealth (EPEW),” “Entrepreneur Development Ecosystem (EDE),” and “Intelligent Business Operating System (IBOS),” together with their associated methodologies, operational models, frameworks, workflows, business processes, governance structures, educational materials, terminology, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, training content, software, databases, publications, and other proprietary content, are the intellectual property of EPEW and may not be copied, adapted, distributed, published, licensed, sold, reverse engineered, or used without prior written authorization.
Entrepreneurs retain ownership of their own business ideas, business names, logos, products, services, trademarks, copyrights, business plans, and other proprietary business assets. By participating, entrepreneurs grant EPEW limited permission to use approved business names, logos, photos, videos, and success stories for educational, promotional, operational, and program-related purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Entrepreneur Projects
The EPEW Platform provides entrepreneurs with education, coaching, business development resources, professional services, intelligent systems, and community participation opportunities through EDE.
EPEW develops entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs develop businesses.
EPEW prepares and develops entrepreneurs through education, coaching, professional guidance, coordinated support, and IBOS. Entrepreneurs remain solely responsible for leading, operating, managing, and growing their businesses.
10. Founding Supporter Participation
Founding Supporters voluntarily participate in entrepreneur business journeys through EDE. Participation does not constitute the purchase of securities, ownership in entrepreneur businesses, partnership with EPEW, or employment. Participation benefits, if any, are governed by applicable program policies and are not guaranteed.
11. Payments, Contributions, and Platform Fees
Certain Platform services may involve supporter contributions, platform service fees, professional service fees, educational program fees, or other approved charges. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors, including Stripe or other approved providers.
12. No Guarantees
EPEW does not guarantee:
- Acceptance into any program.
- Funding approval or availability.
- Business success.
- Revenue generation or profitability.
- Participation benefits.
- Business growth or specific financial outcomes.
13. Platform Availability
EPEW strives to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security improvements, system failures, internet disruptions, or events beyond EPEW's reasonable control.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, cloud hosting providers, video conferencing tools, analytics services, authentication providers, mapping services, and communication tools. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Suspension or Termination
EPEW may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, provides false information, misuses the Platform, engages in unlawful or disruptive conduct, infringes rights, attempts unauthorized access, or acts inconsistently with EPEW's mission and integrity.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPEW and its representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from Platform use, entrepreneur business performance, funding decisions, participation benefits, financial outcomes, technical interruptions, third-party services, or participant decisions.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EPEW, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, Certified Growth Partners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, business operations, or information you submit.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Changes to These Terms
EPEW may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
